The quickest way to reach us is the Report a problem link at the bottom of every page. It sends your message, the page you were on and the time straight to the editor. You do not need to give an email address, but if you want a reply, add one in the message.
What to send
- A step that no longer matches the app. Tell us your phone (Android or iPhone) and what you see instead. This is the most useful report we get.
- Something that does not work on the site. A broken link, a page that will not load, an ad covering text.
- A question a guide did not answer. If it is common, we add it to the guide.
What we cannot help with
We are not Facebook, Meta or any dating app. We cannot unlock, verify, recover or delete an account, and we cannot see your matches or messages. Anyone claiming to be “Facebook Dating support” in a chat is not; report and block them. For account problems, use the Help Center inside the Facebook app.
